The James A. Weisbecker papers primarily consists of sermons that incorporated the contemporary issues of the world with the teachings of Catholicism from the 1930s to the 1960s. In addition to the sermons, which make up the bulk of the collection, newspaper clippings, correspondences, and scrapbooks are also included. The three scrapbooks in the collection contain diary entries as well as newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and entries in German.
