Biographical / Historical
Anthony Valerio was born in 1940 and has worked in the writing field since the mid-1960s. In addition to working as an in-house editor for McGraw Hill and freelance editing for Bantam Books and Grove Press, he has taught writing courses at New York University, the City University of New York, and Wesleyan University. He has written 10 novels and various short stories, most of which center around Italian themes or characters. He currently resides in Connecticut.
