  • Judiciary Committee Files are closed for thirty years from the date of their creation. By special order of the House of Representatives all unpublished papers related to the Impeachment Inquiry are to be closed for fifty years from the date of their creation.

    Case Files are to remain closed for 75 years after the close of the case.

    Files containing personal check information have restrictive access.

The Constituent Services series documents Mr. Rodino's efforts to assist individuals, businesses and organizations in New Jersey's 10th District. It is organized into two sub-series: Case Files and Project Files.

All open records shall be available to qualified researchers who obey the rules and regulations governing the use of the archives.

Researchers must submit a written application to Seton Hall University's Law Library.
