Thomas H. McLaughlin was the ninth President of Seton Hall College, from 1922-1933. The collection contains correspondence; professional papers such as appointment books and diaries, a report to the Board of Trustees, notes on a new scholarship award, and a proposal to move the Immaculate Conception Seminary; and research and lecture notes.

This collection contains the professional and personal papers of Msgr. William Noé Field, documenting his many years of service to Seton Hall University and the Archdiocese of Newark. It includes correspondence, writings, coursework from his various degrees, subject files on a variety of topics and materials relating to his extensive travel. In addition, there are photographs, slides, and audio-visual materials.

John Koenig papers

Abstract

John H. Koenig was born 24 December 1916. He graduated from Seton Hall college in 1938, was ordained into the priesthood on 30 May 1942 at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Newark, N.J., and served as director of the Archdiocesan Ecumenical Commission. Msgr. Koenig died on 15 August 2004. The John Koenig papers contain the professional papers of Rev. John Koenig from his work in the Archdiocese of Newark and as a parish pastor.

This collection contains materials dating from 1853 to 2015 documenting the work and research of Msgr. Carl Hinrichsen, who served in various parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Newark, taught church history at Immaculate Conception Seminary, and wrote a doctoral dissertation on the history of the Archdiocese. The collection comprises mainly homilies and notes, and also includes subject files, materials relating to his dissertation, and ephemera.
